On the Runner's High
I love running. Some people wonder how it's possible to enjoy the kind of pain you sometimes have to experience. Well firstly it's not that bad. There is much worse pain in the world. Sure it's kind of unpleasant but it's worth the increase in your self-image. It feels really good knowing that you can run 5 km. Second the feeling afterwards is incredible. I really do believe in the existence of the runner's high. They've proven it scientifically! After you are done running your brain releases a flood of endorphins (Those make you happy! :D) I really happen to enjoy them because they have this ability to make everything feel... better. Nothing compares to the feeling of bliss you feel after you have gone for a run. Well maybe that's a lie, there are certainly things that compare, but this one is cheap, easy and good for you!
